My significant other took up golf around 50. She started by taking lessons from different instructors locally and one day she was assigned Maria has her group instructor. She came home and told me how she like the instructor and had made the lesson fun and was able to practice what she was taught. With a lot of instructors their lesson gets lost in all the swing thoughts they give you during the lesson. Maria made it simple and easy to understand. Now she really enjoys playing and hope to play more when we move to the Villages in Florida one day.

I have been playing for over 30 years and with playing only once week and going to the range once or twice a week I could consistently shoot in the mid 80s. Now as I get older and unfortunately, not playing as often or getting to range as often with Maria’s lessons, and tips I can take to the course, I can still shoot in the mid to high 80s. She makes the swing a lot easier to understand and this allows me to think less on the course and just enjoy playing instead of always thinking about my swing.

I would and have recommended Maria to my friends who play and could use some help (we can all use some help).

I came to Maria last spring with my average round of 105-110 and only broke 100 on a round occasionally. After my first lesson, I could tell a difference in my swing and my confidence. After four lessons, my score almost immediately dropped under 100 every time I went out and by the end of the season my score average was a 94. I even broke 90 twice this season and I can only point to the basic, straightforward coaching style of Maria. She gave me drills to use that I still can go back to when my game is falling apart. She broke down my swing to four essential parts that make it easy to make corrections when the ball just doesn't want to fly right. The guys I golf with have noticed a dramatic improvement in that even my bad shots aren't as bad as they used to be. In short, while I have a lot of work yet to do, Maria made the game fun for me every time I go out. Thanks Maria!
